Services

Garden Maintenance for Residential Communities

In a residential community the garden is the first thing anyone sees, and a direct part of the value of every property in it. Managing it well requires planning, predictability and communication.

How we deliver this service

We prepare an annual plan setting out how often each task is carried out, which areas need most attention and the expected water consumption. Quotations are broken down line by line, so the committee can compare proposals on equal terms and approve spending with confidence.

Work is coordinated with the administrator and on-site staff: working hours that do not disturb residents, advance notice for noisy operations such as palm pruning, and orderly removal of green waste the same day.

Every month we issue a report covering the work completed, any incidents identified and recommendations for the period ahead. Over time the community builds a documented maintenance history that makes future decisions far easier.
