How we deliver this service
We assign a fixed team to every villa. They know the access arrangements, the irrigation layout, the delicate specimens and the owner's preferences, which removes the repeated explanations and errors of judgement that come with rotating staff.
Many of the properties we care for are second homes. The maintenance calendar is planned around periods of use: deeper work in the quieter months, reinforced presentation before each arrival, and coordination with the pool, cleaning and technical services already working at the property.
For owners who live abroad, continuity is supported by documentation. Photographic reports, a maintenance history for the property and clear notes on any incident mean you can follow the state of the garden from anywhere, without needing to be there.
